If you plan on going on a charter and you would like the fish that you catch cooked at a local restaurant, call the restaurant ahead of time and they may have that option available. Some restaurants cook patrons catch for a small fee.

A good local fish house is the Cortez fish house. They have an amazing selection of local caught fish, crab and other Gulf of America treats. They will ship fish as well. For any additional information ask us at Five O’clock Charlie Tours and Charters inc.
